RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes things don’t feel quite right, whether it’s a change of mind or the fit not being exactly what you expected. We aim to make the returns process as smooth and straightforward as possible, while ensuring fairness for all customers.

Returns & Store Credit
• Returns are accepted for store credit only within 21 days of placing your order, provided all return conditions are met.
• We completely understand that sizing and fit can vary. If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right for you, you’re welcome to return it and we will issue a full store credit.
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind or fit; however, store credit can be used on any future purchase.
• We recommend reviewing the sizing information on each product page before ordering to help ensure the best fit.
Store credit is issued in the form of an online credit note once your return has been approved.

Sale & Promotional Items
• Sale Items (items marked down or listed as SALE) are eligible for store credit only.
• Storewide Sale Purchases (including Black Friday, EOFY, AfterPay Day, flash sales, automatic discounts, or discount codes applied at checkout) are not eligible for refunds and may only be returned for store credit.
• Final Sale Items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit unless deemed faulty. These are last-chance styles and will not be restocked. Any unauthorised Final Sale returns will be refused and returned to sender.

• Jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
• Be received within 21 days of the order date
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be free from make-up, stains, marks, perfume, or odours
• Be returned in original packaging
• Have all original tags attached
(No tags = no return)
• Be in resale condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Processing Time
• Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of being received at our warehouse.
• During busy sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
• If returning via Australia Post, please allow 5–10 business days for your parcel to arrive.
Returns are not processed until the item has been physically received at our warehouse.

Shipping & Responsibility
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• If free shipping was applied to your order, this may be deducted from your store credit where applicable.
• We recommend keeping your tracking number, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to assist. For approved faulty or incorrect items, return postage will be covered by us.
